The Process

After placing an order on our website or app, you must complete the following steps:

Step -1: To begin, enter your postcode and choose the services, address, and payment information. After making your order, one of our drivers will arrive to collect your items on the date and time you select.

Step-2: Our dry cleaning professionals complete the required service, and our drivers deliver the items to your door on the time scheduled.

Enter your postcode to see whether it's available. If we are currently unable to service the address you requested, we wanted to do so soon.

If we want to keep things simple, you can only make an order on our website, Hello Laundry, or through our mobile app, which is available on Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

There's no need. Hello Laundry will provide the corporate laundry bags. An ivory bag for Wash, Tumble Dry, and Fold, and a black bag for dry cleaning or items that must be treated according to the care label.

Hello Laundry delivers a timely and high-quality service after the clothes are picked up by our drivers. We aim to get your clean clothes back to you in 24-36 hours.

The Service

Your ironing is kept safe, in a clean, smoke-free environment, and is clearly labelled to identify who it belongs to from the time we collect it until it is ready to be returned. In the case that a client's clothing is lost or damaged, we have insurance. The following terms and conditions apply.

Our ironing services include a lot of ironing, but they also include a lot more. We can also fold and store all of your ironed garments for you. Many of our customers have highly accurate directions for how they want their clothes to be ironed, and our ironers have no issue following them to ensure that your clothes are in the best condition possible.

Tumble dry was made to change the way people wash laundry. We aim to provide you with world-class washing services at your leisure. Diverse detergents/emulsifiers/softeners are used, as are high-tech machinery and global standard detergents/emulsifiers/softeners. We provide free pick-up and delivery to your home. We have properly trained personnel that are capable of dealing with a variety of fabrics and stains. In addition, unlike coal-based ironing, we steam iron the clothing, which has a very little risk of harming them.

Order - Collection and Delivery

You place an order by visiting our website and using our mobile applications, then following the directions or steps for separate wash service.

It isn't necessary to do so. Professional scales will also be used to weigh your bag at the facility.

When you choose the select services, you can provide any specific guidelines that we need to know.

Ensure that you will be available during the pickup window. If you're picking up from the concierge, portal, or reception, ensure your dirty clothes are ready during the pickup time slot.

Sure. If the request is made at least 2 hours before collection/delivery, you may change the time slot without charge.

Please contact customer service or send an email to info@hellolaundry.co.uk to cancel your order. Also, keep in mind that if you cancel your order in less than 2 hours, you will be charged £5.

Cleaning Information

Items left in cloth or garments pockets cause damage to items.

Items were damaged as they couldn't be washed as part of a service wash.

Before giving us items to wash, make sure you check all of your pockets. Items that need a separate cleaning service, such as wash, tumble dry, and fold (no ironing service), should be delivered in an ivory bag, whereas dry cleaning items should be placed in a black bag.

When you place an order with Hello Laundry, you can optionally specify a special washing instruction. In addition, we will provide you with the option of selecting between bio and non-bio detergents.

We professionally use stain removal products at our laundromat. While we cannot ensure that all stains will be removed, we will always do our best to correct your items in perfect condition.

Your things are managed with extreme care and cutting-edge technology. While damaged things are exceedingly rare, Hello Laundry is guaranteed in the event of such an occurrence. Please keep in mind, though, that all claims must complete within 24 hours of receiving the items.

Payment

We do not accept cash because all payments must be confirmed via a credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) before delivery.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted as forms of payment. We will only charge you via the card you have on file at the end of the service. All transactions are processed securely.

Within 24 hours of delivery, a detailed receipt will be mailed to you. It is based on the fact that the service is extremely quick, and our facility staff requires time to submit the itemization to us.

Yes, we have a £20 minimum order charge for any of our services (Laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, wash & iron, clothing alteration and shoe repair.)
