The Service

[ 1 ] How it works?
You place an order through our website or app then go through the following steps,
  • Firstly, you will need to type in your postcode and selecting the services , address and payment details than after place order , One of our drivers comes to collect your items on the date and time slot you choose.
  • Our dry cleaning team experts processes the required service and our drivers returns the items back at your door step on the specified date and time slot.

[ 2 ] Do you cover my area?
Enter the postcode and check the availability. If unfortunately, we are not serving the address that you requested at that moment than we hope to be serving your area soon.
[ 3 ] Can I order by phone?
As we want try to make it simply , you can only place an order via our website https://hellolaundry.co.uk or via our mobile app available at Android play or iOS App Store.
[ 4 ] Do I have to provide my own laundry bag?
No need Hello Laundry will provide the company bags. - ivory bag for Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold and a black bag for dry cleaning or items needing to be cleaned according to the care label.
[ 5 ] How long will I be without my clothes?
After Pickup the cloths , Hello Laundry provide a quick and qaulity service , our aim to return your clean cloths within 24-36 hours
[ 6 ] What are the prices?

[ 7 ] Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, we operate with a minimum order charge of £20.

Cleaning Information

Please note that for a Laundry service wash, we do not take responsibility for:
  • Items damaged by objects left in cloth pockets or,
  • Items damaged because they could not be included in a service wash

Company kindly ask you to:
  • Check all pockets before giving us items for service wash
  • Separate items that require a different cleaning service like wash , tumble dry and fold items ( No ironing service ) always put in ivory bag and put dry cleaning items in black bag.

[ 2 ] I am allergic to certain types of detergent. What are my options??
When placing an order with Hello Laundry, we also give you the option for the special washing instruction . we would like to offer you the possibility of choosing between bio and non-bio detergent.
[ 3 ] Can you clean any kind of stain?
We use the stain removal product with the professionally way , While we cannot promise to eradicate all stains, we always do our upmost to return you items in immaculate condition.
[ 4 ] Are you insured in the event of damage?
Your items are handled with maximum care and up-to-date equipment. While damaged items are an extremely rare occurrence, Hello Laundry are insured for such an occurrence but please have mind that all claims must be made within 24 hours after deliver the items to you.

Order - Collection and Delivery

[ 1 ] Should I separate my order into colours and whites in laundry services?
You place an order through our website or app then go through the following steps,
[ 2 ] Should I weigh my clothes before collection?
There is no need to do that. Your bag will be weighed at the facility with professional scales.
[ 3 ] What if I have special requirements?
There is an option when you go for the select services, give the special instruction that we need to know.
[ 4 ] Is there anything I need to do before my collection?
Just make sure that you are available in the pickup time slot. If pickup from the concierge , portal or reception than please make sure that your dirty cloths are available in the pickup timeslot.
[ 5 ] Can I reschedule my order?
Absolutely. You may change the time slot, free of charge, if the request is made with minimum 2 hours before collection/delivery.
[ 6 ] How can I cancel an order?
For cancle the order please contact with customer care number or mail to info@hellolaundry.co.uk . Also , make sure that if you cancle the order in less than 2 hours than £5 charge will applicable.

Payment

[ 1 ] Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash as all payments have to be processed by card ( Visa , Mastercard or American express ) before the delivery takes place.
[ 2 ] When do you take payment for my order?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will only charge you at the end of the service, via the card inserted in your account. All transactions are securely processed .
[ 3 ] Where is my receipt?
The itemised receipt will be sent via email in 24 hours after delivery. This is because the service is very quick and our faclity team needs time to submit the itemisation to us.
[ 4 ] Do you have a minimum order charge?
Yes, we operate with a minimum order charge of £20.
